Spring is finally here, or at least that’s what the calendar says. It looks like we have several weeks to go of snow on the ground. I think the Easter bunny will have to hide his eggs in dirty wet snow this year. I made this lunch for B on the first day or spring. The flower sandwich is peanut butter and jelly. I used a large cookie cutter for sandwich, and a smaller one to show the jelly through. Raspberries, cucumber, carrots and ranch dressing complete this spring time lunch.
