Chocolate Chip peanut butter granola bars

*To make these gluten free, just use gluten free oats.*
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup raw honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup milled flax seed
1 Tbs almond meal
1/4 cup choc chips

Melt peanut butter, honey and coconut oil over low heat. Mix oats, almond meal and flax together. Combine all ingredients, and press into an 8×8 pan. (I usually line my pan with a piece of parchment paper.) Sprinkle the chocolate chips onto the top, and press down. Place the pan into the fridge to set for about 2 hours. Cut into bars.

These granola bars are sweet because of the amount of honey in them. You could definitely get away with serving these as a dessert. Just cut them into squares, or triangles.
