Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Apple Crisp is on of my all time Fall favorites. Changing up my regular recipe to a gluten free recipe was easier than I thought. It only took one attempt, which in my house is a complete success. I just used gluten free oat flour and gluten free oats. Delicious!

You will need:

4 medium organic apples
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. gluten free oat flour
1/2 c. gluten free oats
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Method:

Slice apples and arrange in a greased pie plate, or 8×8 baking dish. Mix all ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake  at 375 for about 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or vanilla yogurt. Enjoy!
