I had a big salad for my dinner last night, since I could not eat what I prepared for my family due to my food allergies. B was a little jealous. I promised him I would pack a nice salad for him for his school lunch. Here it is. This salad has spinach, carrots, cucumbers, sliced strawberries, fresh parm, and sunflower seeds. I added balsamic dressing on the side. Also included: strawberry yogurt tube, brie, grapes, olives, organic cheese crackers, and star fruit.
